Got scammed by Alibabas Gold asking for a quest

Hello,

I got scammed by a Alibabas Gold worker (helixy) after asking to do a quest for me.
The worker then cleaned me out for over 2 Billion gold/items.

Well, apparently my worker did scam Shadowfox. helixy
But shadow never mentioned that he had a 2b bank. This was a trial-worker and if I knew about his bank value I would never assign a trial worker to do this job.
Also on my ToS there's a clause who states
"5. Before ordering you must move any unnecessary wealth not needed for the service completion off the account. We are not be responsible for any wealth lost during the service. This includes untradeable items."
Also I have a message stating that any customer MUST read and agreed with my ToS before opening a ticket:

1. All payments must be before the service. 2. You must change your password before ordering from Alibabas services. 3. You will provide with all the supplies for the service. Unless agreed before. That applies to ironman to with skilling/quest items. 4.Refunds are ONLY given if the service has not been started. If the worker are not able to complete an order, other worker will take over, or you will get a refund. 5. Before ordering you must move any unnecessary wealth not needed for the service completion off the account. We are not be responsible for any wealth lost during the service. This includes untradeable items. 6. If your bank value exceeds 50m with unnecessary wealth the service will not be started, unless the supplies for the service asks for more than this amount. 7. We are not responsible for any bans, mutes. During or after the service is completed . No refunds will be given. Everything will be done by hand. 8. Leaving a vouch isn't mandatory but greatly appreciated. 9. You keep all the resources that were collected during the training. 10. We can refuse to do any order. 11. By using our services you agree to our terms of services. 12.We will post screenshots of the service progress and update you daily 13. We're not responsible for HCIM deaths due to workers error. 14. While your service is in progress you may not log into the account unless you have permission from the owner or the person handling the service. 15. You will only accept payments from @Owner or @Moderator . 16. We are not obligated to provide timeframes for the service. 17. Customer will send details account directly to the worker responsible for his order.

I can provide more evidences if it's requested... Gyazo doesn't seems to work for some reason..

 

Clause 6 states that "If your bank value exceeds 50m with unnecessary wealth the service will not be started, unlessthe supplies for the service asks for more than this amount."

I did not agree to a terms of service and it seems like I'm being forced to accept the ToS. I was never asked anything beforehand and now I feel like I'm begin cheated by using a clause in his ToS

 

You making use of this service is subjected to legal terms and conditions, which you must agree to as part of the opening a ticket.
Also, regarding clause 6 you never told me you had a bank value exceeding 50m value. And since I do not receive any account's credentials(directly sent to my workers DM) I was unaware that you had left a 2b bank on it.
