well did someone break up with ya recently? or a bad accident to someone you know? maybe depression is causing it

 

considering im doing a few things at once its midnight and i work at 6am i do shit fast fuck grammar and fuck you im a self supporting working man in the real work so im sure i have alot of life expirence compared to a kid who needs to see a shrink ive seen many people with so called " disorders" and all the pills do is fuck you up


go outside.. see the real world go work do something

carreer /trades your worring about real life shit not your fucking brain thinking you have a disorder and all these people telling you need help is r making it worse fuck doctors you all rely on them to get perscriptions to alter your brain and so the pharm companys make money
ever hear of doctors perscribing different new medications and choose those over others they get paid money

think for once learn something understand how econnomy works and life works if nobody buys pills nobody makes money and trust me all these companys who sell depression pills make a killing look at all the online pharms
you idiots are oblivious just think about it it makes 100% sense

 

If you go to the doc with those symptoms, my bet is they'll prescribe benzos. They can be nasty as far as addiction goes, and they are quite abusable. The real question you need to ask yourself is if I do have GAD, do I want to treat it? Pretty much any treatment will change your personality, and if that is what you want, go see a doctor. I "suffer" from all kinds of fucked up mental shit, but I can cope somewhat with meditation and self-medication (mostly the former).


Everything going on in your head is just that, in your head. You are in complete control of your brain man, don't forget that. If you don't like the perception you have, change it. Rationally ask yourself WHY you are anxious, and I believe you will see most of your fears are irrational. There isn't much in life to worry about. Taking some of the stress out of your life may help too... Seriously, don't ever let anyone tell you that you NEED medication.

 

I would advise you talk to your parents dude, thats what parents are there for, I myself would much rather risk my parents thinking im a hypochondriac than actually suffering from a potential disorder.

Show your parents what you've showed us and if they still dont take you serious then go to the doctors yourself and just inquire about what can be done to help GAD or if there are any other related disorders with similiar symptoms you've shown.

Tell your parents and your doctor exactly what you just told us, because they know what to do in these types of situations better than we do.
