Advice Please!

I'm 91 str, 62 att and lvl 70 combat, I want 99 str but haven't played Runescape in ages, Where is the best place to train? need advice please.

 

if you havent played in ages, are you ftp or ptp? because that will change where you train. need to know that first. ahaa =)

 

f2p flesh crawlers in the stronghold, pvp ill go with rock crabs

 

I'm currently f2p, however I will be getting members in a few days, but for the time being?
Thanks, what level are crawlers? and how much xp?

f2p lessers are real goodexp in f2p

 

rock crabs are deff ur best choice for members, if u have a few gp to spare on lobs then lessers are good while u still play f2p

 

i say if ur members go to experiments or rock crabs and if your f2p then lessers for sure

Bandits
Rock Crabs
Experiments
F2P -
Lessers
Flesh Crawlers
Moss Giants
There are alot more places where you could train but too lazy to name them all..

 

For P2P
Rockcarbs
Expereiments
Firegaints
Pest control

For F2P
Moss Gaints
(All I can think of for F2P, problay a good idea to get members.)

 

For P2P go to yaks. You should also get a set of sacred clay armour, as it gives you double xp, making training extremely fast.

For F2P, go to flesh crawlers. They have a max hit of 1, and will rarely hit.

 

what! sacred clay armour give u double exp omg thats the first time im hearing that!!!! where can i get a set plz tell ( thsi is not a joke i really didnt know something gace 2x exp)

 

You have to do Stealing Creations mini game, I heard it's like Castle Wars. But the armor only lasts 20 mins I think. I'm not so sure, I wasn't too interested in it when it first game out.

For training, I would switch around a lot, rock crabs (of course, like everyone said) then duel, DON'T DO BANDITS unless you have high defense. After dueling, just Yaks, Slayer monsters, Tzhaar monsters (if you can handle them) and then back to rock crabs. Thats what I use to do on my rune pure. Worked alright, kept me busy, and not bored. lol.
