RUNGOLD - Item Scam OSRS

Hi Admins,

I've been using Rungold for about a year so pretty gutted to be writing this but either Rungold or one of his workers has cleaned one of my accounts of approx. 170M 07.

The account is Ironman soooo yeah.... completely deflating to see the items gone. The majority of the items lost were gained from 99 RC (which I also paid Rungold 650M to do on a previous order) so at this point the damage is basically the entire account.

I had a live order for a service I paid for (barely started) which was worth 265M which has been partially refunded (168M/230M agreed) at my request since the items went missing. A further 62M is still to be refunded for this specific order. This refund is not related to the items going missing (or even the same account) and is simply a refund for a service as I no longer wish to pursue the current order with Rungold.

The account login details were in the discord ticket including bank pin where the items were stored. I have tons of other accounts that no-one has access to and are untouched. Think it's pretty unlikely (if it was a hack) for someone to only specifically target one of my accounts and then guess a bank pin.

The previous order on this account had just been completed during the night some hours before and I noticed the account was logged in when I tried to check the account (which was odd). I managed to get a recover in to boot them off so some of the bank has been salvaged...

I do have a couple of possible theories...

Other "Possible" Explanations:

An impostor infiltrated Rungolds Disc earlier today. No account details was given to the impostor however I did provide a ticket number for a what was active order. The impostor "could" of potentially impersonated myself to a Rungold Mod and requested account login info based on the ticket reference however Rungold denies anyone impersonating myself has contacted them / has shared details with anyone else.

Other theory...

As soon as I noticed it was an impostor (within about 3 minutes) I instantly warned Rungold via PM and in the ticketing system. This could of potentially been viewed as an opportunity to recover items from the account and blame the impostor for the loss.

I don't really know where to go from here... admittedly I have had no bad experiences with Rungold or his workers to date and it does seem out of character. I do however believe there is a bad apple among his team after this.

Biggest loss for me here is the relationship with Rungold... If I've learnt one thing from buying services it's that everything eventually ends in disaster .

Today GWAS contacted me that he has lost the ítems of one of his ironman accounts (at this moment he had 1 account in progress with a different order and it is precisely not the account that the items have taken).

The account which was lost the ítems had been training him for more than 5 months and it has always been the same worker (in which has always been in my work team and it was the worker who he has used since he started doing business with me)

The acc in which he refers was an order that was completed yesterday, it was a Minning from 92-99 and Coocking from 70-80

After 24 hours, he warns us that the account has been cleaned, that in 24 hours it was no longer in our hands,
which service was already finished. All people are tied to our TOS, rule "TOS" 7 says: "7. I or the workers will have access to your account, be sure to change your password after the service is completed"

Based on the topic of fake and intruder as he mentions it, I think this possibility is impossible, since I only accept information (account details) through my ticket system and everything is registered in a ticket system. I do not accept information and if for any reason I close a deal by pm, I immediately form a ticket between my client and the worker where the information is recorded

I really think the error could have been from GWAS, since since he says he has tons of acc, I can also refute we had access to an account from him and it has not been affected yet with the same worker.

Also, I have access to tons of acc and have had no problems in long time we work really hard for avoid imposter, scammers, stole, etc..
