Places for lamps?

I need to know good places to get genie random event, or the school random event.

Examples of places I need to know about
-Fishing Guild
-Catherby
-Draynor Willows
-Mining guild


How common is it for them areas, and any good spots to recommend?

 

There isn't really any common areas for one to occur.

But working on non cb skills gets them a lot, I get a lot while fishing though mostly the school random and an occasional genie.

 

It doesn't really depend on the area, but they're very common when you're training Hunter, Woodcutting and Mining.

 

you get tons of genies when hunting chins i know that.

 

I heard hunting gives the most lamps but I'm not sure.
