The bank isn't great but it has 61 woodcutting so you can make your own money right away with ease using an auto or just doing it yourself.

The 26 prayer is for hawk eye and item protect for range 2hing, you could leave it or take it to 43 or 44.

Nice potential, yet not too low to do low crater BH in f2p, I've had success.
