Account recovery?

I'm just in the middle of recovering my old runescape account and i was wondering how on Earth jagex verifies the ISP and zipcode you use to create the account. Surely they cant have a record of this information, can they?

 

I think that there automatic stands something like:

"Filled in Password: [Your Password] Earliest Password: [The earliest password]"

I think that they can see all information,
and check everything by that way

Well I think they definately log the ISP that you've logged on since day 1. Haha, I mean they show the IP last logged into everytime you log in. And I don't know if they do 'log' your Zip Code, but I know that you can find someones Zip Code through the ISP.

If you are recovering an account from long ago that is originally yours, your best bet is to use information that describes your location best.

Unfortunately, i bought the account. I never bothered asking for the zip code or isp when i bought it though.

 

They do keep the ISP and the IP when the account was first created. If you don't have these then make up a story that you asked your mum and she can't remember.
