My own scam report on the matter (years ago): SAJI / Karim Kanj tried to scam me
IP Audit: I don't think ip audit helps out here as years have passed so he might just have a new ISP. I will however bet King-RD is registered from a VPN 100%

Why do you think they are ban evading: Who is Karim Kanj? He's a lousy scammer from my country, I've encountered his scams before as they have directly affected me in the past, thankfully for not too much.
How does he scam? He tries to buy runescape accounts with valuables on them, ironmen were not popular years ago so he'd go for accounts with mutagen serp helms, abyssal tentacles whatever you name it. He basically claims he'll pay you as soon as he gets access to the account in game as a proof that you actually have the account he wants to buy.

Victim is new to sythe so he hasn't posted a proper scam report. An IP audit shows mehrez is from my country (mods can check). What's suspicious is the other profile king-rd just created today is posting on ironman accounts wtb section.
I think a sticky should be made about this guy or this common scam in ironman section. In my own experience this guy wasted 3-4 hours of my time going back & forth about offers for my account to make it seem legit, suggesting he'll use MM and such. He's a relentless scammer whose found something that works for him. His most common action plan is he tells you he will open a screenshare to validate that he's not going to do anything harmful to your account. What you don't know is he has a separate laptop with your details ready to login and (I was on a call with him when he took my serp helm/whip), his sweaty fucking hands gave me a mini-heart attack because he wasn't typing on the share screen / nor in chat so I knew he had another laptop setup. Moral of the story? This guy will waste hours just to scam you out of 5$

Sorry for the sloppy report, but the fact this guy is still scamming infuriates me.
