Reporting Spammerino

Just realised that this Tanner kid is absolute scum, being new to sythe haven't really browsed around the forums but have now seen the damage he is doing to certain individuals. When i first started discussing payments he was not banned on these forums but have now realised he has but is still continuing his scum ways. Reporting him for scamming me $22 usd. Originally told me he only sells 100m osrs and instantly knew it was fishy so decided to do 30, which knowingly he'd agree on. anyway long story short tells me his refunded sent fake photo and then blocks me. Would love to get in contact with him again
