you can probably get him unbanned i got my main unbanned who was banned for over 2 years for rwt, this is all u have to do.

on the main page go to help - customer support -billing - general billing FAQS - and then at the bottom under #20 you can submit a billing query, choose the first one and say someone else gained acess to your account and used your appeals and left you with nothing else you can do. if they deny it send in another one, it took me 5 messages to get my main unbanned.

Hello Jagex my account has been banned for an offense that I did not commit. Please look through my offense history as I was not in control of my account when the offenses were committed. I do not want all of my hard work to go to waste because of someone elses actions.
