Why i was ban to trade?

Why do I have DNT there must be some kind of error, I am from Venezuela and this is the first time that I make an acc here on Sythe and in my country the internet service is really bad every time my internet got disable for net inssues the ip change randomly so probably i got a ip banned or something like that, i never scam anybody before, i have proof of all my trades and im 100% legit, pal this situation is really annoying i had to strugle a lot to grown up a little bit cause the fucking scammer everybody in this site and when i got some vouches you did this to me? pls i dont wanna be like that there have to be some kind of solution
