inferno cape safety?

Just wondering if anyone's been in a situation like this:

i bought my first cape and it was done with ccproxy
it was removed Oct 2019 from that ban wave
would not recommend anyone to let a seller get a cape via ccproxy

I smarted up and actually started to do inferno myself
was able to get to zuk multiple times myself however just couldn't get through
so I had someone(well known seller) just do zuk for me via parsec

I went back and did a slayer task and got a 2nd cape myself-this time I beat it myself

Is there a chance I can get banned?

 

if the seller simply played your account on your PC and on your home IP remotely, I don't think there's anything you should be worried about at all.

 

Yea he only did zuk for me remotely

I got to zuk myself and have gotten there myself previously but had failed attempts so which is why I paid for the service

I’m just worried that they can still detect a remote cape because I have been banned in the past so they’ll look even more carefully

 

Very low chance of ban. I'd say close to 0% because of parsec.

We have been experimenting with inferno capes via parsec recently, done around 20 or so in the past 2 weeks 0 bans.

 

The bans don’t usually happen within a week or so I think. There are waves that it occurs in?

 

We have done nearly 1,000 capes remotely, 0 bans to date.

 

is this done via parsec?

 

A lot of capers offer remote options, teamviewer, parsec, amongst others.

We use parsec and it seems to be gaining traction- just way smoother, faster, and efficient than TV.

 

any bans from parsec?

 

None. At least so far.
