    Explanation of the trade: His 30$ Btc for my 27$ skrill . User claimed it was sent, I didn't double check my wallet and sent him the skrill. Didn't send me a blockchain link. I did a previous trade with him 15 minutes prior for his 20$ btc for my 18$ skrill and it confirmed quickly,without issues.

    Amount scammed: 30$

    How they scammed: User didn't send me the 30$ btc

    I edited out your payment as it contained sensitive information. He doesn't appear to be hacked and considering his reputation and the fact that he paid you prior without issues (seeing his recent vouches he left) I'd assume this is probably an accident. I've issued a precautionary DNT for now and hopefully we'll get a response.

    @Hells Rules May you kindly pay this user out for the 2nd payment?

    I'm not going to assume anything, but judging as he rarely logs on anymore I'm not sure we'll get a response here. I've issued a 3 month ban and the DNT will remain. He can explain himself in a dispute when he returns. Hopefully we hear back soon and this is some sort of misunderstanding. Regardless I'm sorry to hear about this @vnv.
