    Hey, I've got a skiller and I'm getting pretty tired of fishing and decided I'd start runecrafting.

    Anyone know how to craft nats on a lvl 3?

    you can get a house in brimhaven and tele there and walk to nat altar, tele to cwars, tele to house, altar, repeat.
    Not sure if it works.

    great orb project gives you pure rss plus I think you can buy bat tele tabs there

    Shilo village is like not the only way of RC'ing on a lv3.

    It's costly in the begining but i suggest making fires with duelling rings until about level 60 RC. Then at 60 go to world 16 and assist people wanting airs at the altar.

    Yeah or spend it on pure ess, sell the pure ess for rune ess and make fire runes. :). Good luck with it though.

    There really is no easy, way, but the safest, following the GO project, would be walking/teleing brimhaven, rinse repeat.
