Dispute Home IP

After completing my first transaction legitly, I got put on the TWC list. I am very upset that I am on this list. I have read through the reasons why I may have been put on this list but was definitely at home when purchasing the OSRS. Please verify me, and once I am verify, how am I supposed to recover my reputation of being trustworthy to other members?

Not sure what you mean by this. I've lifted your TWC, so your account is back to its original state. Building trust/being trustworthy isn't relevant to this dispute, but if you'd like some advice in terms of building trust, then refer to this post.
