Making this report on behalf of the victim (https://www.sythe.org/members/leaguebulgaria.1325842), who offers to level accounts on league of legends from 1-30, here: HANDLEVELING FAST AND CHEAP

Agreement: level 13-30 for €15 euros

Amount scammed: level 13-21 was done (35% of the order), but the buyer of the service @MN9895 blocked the victim and changed his Discord name, at which point the service was stopped. Amount scammed: €5.30 worth of service
