I'll do everything apart from halo (including rag and bone man 1 & 2 with basilisk no mirror shield) for 25M. That is assuming you already have agility for HFTD and the only reqs I'd need to get are for avas.

Edit: Just re-read and noticed you need the 40 slayer too. If cannonable and you're 50+ combat then it will be 40M for all.
