Post what you think about peace how the world will achieve it and why their is no peace. I think the reason this world has no peace is because of money. As long as primitive convictions like religion stands, 100% peace will never be achieved.

 

Actually, the real reason the world isn't going to achieve peace anytime soon is because the majority of people are stupid, ignorant, uneducated, illogical, and immoral.

 

Will never happen.
Money, religion and politics.
Everyone is greedy, and no one will ever agree on religion and politics, therefore peace is just something we could all imagine.

 

Without religion, yes peace is plausible.

With religion; no.

Why? Every single religious person I know is a nice person, if a bit unable to think about things.

Conflict of interests will always arise between individuals and groups of individuals, thus I doubt "peace" will ever be attained.

 

Many wars are started over religion/discrimination, The Crusades, WWII (a small factor), the War in Afghanistan/ against Al Queda, etc. Wars will always continue as long as there is discrimination, discrimination will always continue as long as there are humans, peace will never come as long as there are humans.

 

I'm religious, but I can't honestly say I'm a nice person.

If you were in the way of my family from food, shelter, and the etc. I would kill you without hesitation, and never look back on it.

The attacks on 9/11, which caused the forward campaign into Iraq/Afghanistan was a retaliation, which derived from Desert Storm.

 

And at the same thing, Nothing.

 

Funny how you use the word kill so lightly, instead of defeat or such a word. You just use kill, such disregard for human life is sickening, and is also against your religion you hypocrite. I wouldn't be surprised if you grew up to be a murderer. 'My family from fod, shelter, and the etc' you're talking as if we're in the fucking stone ages. There are such things such as RIGHTS and LAWS, you know, you immoral brute.

9/11 was an inside job. It was an excuse for the US to invade Iraq and steal it's oil.

Also, God probably doesn't exist, and science has disproved many things stated in the bible.

 

Let's take Katrina, and New Orleans into account. There was looting, murder, and more. Very few people were arrested during this, and even the Police were looting.

Specific religion is of no accord to this thread.

 

I would have to agree with you in this case, but certainly not murder. There are many ways you can deal with this, beat him with a bat etc. You could be sentenced for life in prison, you know.

Agreed. There are many religions in this country that cause violence for example the Westboro Baptist church. They say god hates gay people. Thats just going to cause imbalance. But what i believe is that we will never achieve peace and because of this we will go into nuclear winter etc. fighting each other. And in the end die
