How they scammed: asked for 1.5B , once i asked their btc funds they said $650 so i gave them $650 worth of gp. After the trade they claimed they made a mistake and wanted to go in debt or give me the gp back. I do not want the gp back as it touched their heavily rwted account already. Apparently this isn't the first time they done this and tried this on several traders. By taking their gold with no BTC while claiming they have it, and then forcing them to get paid later or take the gold back since they don't lose anything either way. It's a scummy trading practice and something I am not for.

its a new employee, he thought we had 650$, i can send screenshot, he is with us for a week, we offered to give the gold back

 

i can translate the chat with the employee and show proof that it's his second week, along with more info, i want to return the gold to jacky, he doesnt want it back

so i spoke with the employee on the phone to see what happened, he wasnt familiar with paypal, runescape or bitcoin prior to his training. We have 2 tutorial textbooks and 1 shift manager helping with the training BUT he still needs time to learn everything, this issue could have been resolved in 1 minute anyways

we bought 650$ or so yesterday from jacky for paypal, via skype. And the employee didnt check if it's still in the balance from blockchain.com, so he instantly offered to refund it, that's why he didnt want 1.5b, he wanted 650$ worth exactly

 

he wanted 1.5b before i asked how much btc he had , then he said $650 which then turns out he had 1.45$ all along after the trade taken place. This isn't the first time where you had neither btc nor paypal and wanted to trade and be in "debt" for 1-2 days

 

ofcorse we work with debt, he did not intentionally try to scam you for debt, why would he offer the gold back then, he said 650$ because we had that after we bought btc from u the previous day, its a bit hypocriticalto be so harsh to an employee working for 2 weeks when you yourself had so many bad practices you were banned and pardoned for.

If he wanted to scam you for debt he was going to ask for the full 1.5b, it's an honest mistake that could have been corrected quickly



ALSO, if we wanted to scam you for btc or whatever why do we buy 1k every week paypal for btc from you, we even send first to make sure we can send paypal in order to not go into DEBT. Obviously we need debt to operate with multiple payment methods, but in this case we did not do it intentionally, it was an honest mistake from a new employee, he even had issues calculating the gold at first, you saw it in the chat.

When you are at mcdonalds and you see a trainee you can either be a dick or help him out, judging from your past pardons etc, you choose the first route.

 

Every week? You pmed me a dozen times for the past few months asking for btc for debt payments And once we agreed to something you claim your PayPal doesn’t work. I sold you btc maybe twice in the last 3 months

 

I am not being a dick at all, I know of your issues with lack of funds and limited payment options for gold. That’s why I asked if you had BTC before.

yes we have issues with paypal and we keep getting a new one weekly, regardless we paid you always lol, or refunded, you are being a dick, because if i start bringing stuff from the past or things i know...i dont want to be dragged into this, i just want to get this resolved

Look at the date , that’s over 6 months ago before you guys started with all your bs payment delays and lack of funds

if we wanted to get a btc debt with bad faith, the employee would have asked for 1.5b, he wanted 650$ exactly because that was the amount of btc we had after we bought the btc off you the day prior, its super simple, i shared a lot of chat proof of me talking with the new employee with dates with staff
