Yep, its pretty good. We are using less than 1% of our terabyte harddrive. And the ram/bandwidth usage is still less than 6%

 

Harddrive isn't a terabyte from your storage space, and memory is currently at 12%.

I wouldn't consider this a good server with a single core processor and 2gigs of ram.

24/7 support? Is it professional?

We only currently host websites on our 1 server, but may expand and sell dedicated servers.

Not really, since I've checked his website 3 times, and 3x the 24/7 Service was offline.

 

Your obviously retards, when it says offline it means we have been inactive for over 20 minuites. Not that the support is offline, if you actually open the live chat you will be connected to an assosiate.

Also, i dont know what hosting you use curt. For some reason itscurt.com had really bad response times and kept getting internal server errors.

 

You're ; Associate. I don't think it's appropriate by calling user's who sees your support status as offline retarded because your staff is idle. First off, it should be your responsibility to keep your status active and not idle, and if it's a bug in your chat script, you should fix it to your 24/7 support claims.

The response times really depend on where you are located. To me, your servers are twice as slow as the host I'm on, which is located in Houston, Texas.



The reason for the server error 500 was because a website under my account had a memory leak and left opened processes. That was a security precaution to stop any additional processes. The issue has been fixed and I have moved the sites elsewhere.

After running a traceroute of your server, seems like it's closer than the servers at itscurt.com. Still get over two times the response time from your servers.

 

Wow you have alot of hops, just another sign of poor hosting. I also don't understand any point your trying to make, must be some kind of jealousy for the reason you keep posting on this thread.
