    My IP says someone else has used it
    I've lived here for 2 years and it is my wifi I pay for and only myself and my wife live here.

    However it says X_Sparky_X has already signed up via the IP? is this a mistake if not how do I make an account?

    All I want to do is pay for a firecape service from someone trustworthy.
