Are rwt bans instant?

usually there's solid delay between RWT and ban

 

I've never been banned for it. I have seen peoples accounts get flagged and then banned months later.

 

I dont think there instant but keep buying in small increments just to keep yourself and the seller safe.

 

Theyre almost never instant.

 

Its sporadic - I've made a few attempts for large quantities with no loss.

 

I bought 50m at one point from a chinese that pmed me right after telling me to be careful of not getting scammed by those imposters, i got banned 1 hour later

 

This just happened to me. Had been staking for a week. About the time the bank PIN set, I moved gold onto the account to do my daily staking and was hit with a RWT Major. Probably not a coincidence. Fortunately I made a few bil with it and only kept smaller amounts on it to stake with at a time.

Apparently low total staking accounts have pretty high ban rates. All it takes is one salty kid mad about losing his bank to get your account disabled.
