Which violation you are reporting the user for: Leaking a rare Runescape name
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: During @Amy s report in which he requested additional information on a situation he had no knowledge about and making unfounded accusations he leaked a rare Runescape name which is currently up for sale by me. This is against Sythe rules as clearly stated below.

This is not an usual report. People have gotten banned for this in the past and I would expect the same in this situation. I'm holding Amy to the same standards that he would definitely push onto me.

 

1. There needs to be screenshot proof to show that the name was sniped as requested by one of the Moderators before I made this report. This link was deleted in a timely manner since Mods can see deleted posts.

2. You bought the name off Gucci who basically only has sniped names and users in the report have been working with Gucci outside of just buying names.

3. The person who got it sniped was my customer and told me that the planet was sniped off him so it was in fact a sniped RSN. Posting DNT Sniped RSNs is completely fine; in this case, I did delete the link.

4. My "unfounded accusations" are not baseless, hence why I made the report in the first place. This was all in good intention in cleaning up the name trading community.

5) It's clear that you don't care whether it's public or not since you're publicly announcing it yourself and you're only doing this out of retaliation like what Gucci did.

 

1) There can be blurred images posted and the original could have been sent directly to Sythe staff. There are many ways around leaking a rsn. Also I have a time stamp of 3:58AM (EST) with the imgur link still there.

2) This isn't a report concerning name sniping. This is a report about leaking a rare Runescape name I have up for sale so please keep this relavent. And if you would like to move towards no interaction of any kind with banned users for name sniping I'm willing to surrender the rsn to the Sythe staff (even though I own this name) as long as you surrender and names you have received from banned users.. Such as Majora. As it is known that at least 6 of your names are the same as Majora's.

3) yes, and then you posted the name in your report which is public. Public release of a name without permissions is leaking unless I'm mistaken.

4) When was the last time you talked to Gift about the current situation? Cause he and I are friendly after working together to make sure we all came out happy. You're not looking after a customer, you're trying to get something stick.

5) I'm not leaking it. I'm posting about MY name which is my right as the owner. I decided that it was worth posting it publicly to make the point. Unless I'm mistaken you do not own the name and therefore you posting it anywhere publicly without permission would be considered leaking. Correct?

A little over two hours where you made the name publicly available.

 

Concerning your 5th point I'm not retaliating against you. This is a controlled form for us to both speak our piece and let an unbiased third party reach a decision. However I'm complying with what Sythe rules and what the name trading community expect from us and I too am keeping the name trading community safe. Leaking names is a dangerous game that can put a users name at risk by name snipers and that needs to be accounted for just as much as purchasing from a name sniper.
Also let's stop editing our posts to reflect one anothers, it's getting annoying to keep track of the little changes to wording then rewording mine to reflect it. Please reply for future responses.

 

I believe further replies should hold until Sythe staff have a chance to look at this and the other report.
