    Explanation of the trade: I wanted to buy 860m for 0.64/m and i wanted to go in small intervals and since he had a vouch of 2b from @Chillzer i went first with 128 usd (130 with fees) and it was pending for me but for me it went though so he told me to send him British pounds to his 2nd paypal and after doing so he blocked me.
    Amount scammed: 268 usd
    How they scammed: when i sent the first payment he said that paypal was holding the payment, then since the payment was pending on his end (my paypal said it sent) he requested me to send him the 2nd payment on his 2nd paypal with British pounds
