Ok, I need to do the following quests - Ichtharin's little helper, Dream mentor Ghosts ahoy Dragon slayer 2 Client of Khourend Monkey madness 2 Tears of guthix Throne of miscleania Fairy tale part 2 Making friends with my arms. And enough quest points to get the remaining 30 or so quest points after this for 200 (to be able to do DS2) - I haven't done major easy quests like a tail of 2 cats, tears of guthix, watchtower, another slice of ham and things like cold war and contact, and need to finish off RFD (have dragon gloves, am at 141 qp before all this).

Could I get separate quotes for the following?

Only other requirements i need are 55-60 thieving. 50-70 smithing 63 - 65 fishing 64 - 70 agility. 68 - 72 mining. Lastly, if I were to ask for power lever leveling of 55 - 82 construction (how much would supplies cost too) that'd be great.
