    Purchased services were completed I have the lumberjack outfit. Just not sure where my items went after said service being completed. I did change my password as soon as I had a chance my bank pin is also now changed having found out about my wealth missing. @Andy

    I was informed for the first service yes however due to the fact I requested the second service to not access my bank period. I was under the impression I wouldnt have to remove anything as the worker should have had zero reason to even be in my bank.

    Do note this was before I had talked with mamba in dms confirming he wouldnt need access to the bank. So I figured I wouldnt need to move anything if hes not going anywhere near my bank. Expected the honour to be upheld on his end.

    I've checked throughout the entire transcript. After stating that you were going to mule wealth off (as per our managers request), there's nothing afterwards stating that wealth were going to be left on the account.

    • According to our ToS, under number 2, all information concerning the service should be discussed inside the ticket (minus the exchange of login information, which is requested to be PM'ed to limit the number of people with access to the account).

    • Crystalknoct was super secure with everything regarding his account, even requesting RL screenshots for each quest on the previous order. There's no reason he shouldn't have changed his bank pin as well (it takes 2 seconds).
    • This image made me believe that Crystalknoct had changed his bank pin between the last job and this job.

    • This image further makes me think that Crystalknoct had changed the pin after the service. BlackMamba had to ask Crystalknoct just to get the required equipment out from the bank, if he had the pin, he would have just got the items himself.

    Also, small timeline posted in Mountain Time (Crystalknoct's time):
    -> Job ended 2:07AM
    -> Crystalknoct replies that he will vouch for services later at 5:57AM
    -> Ticket is closed 6:50AM
    -> New ticket concerning losses is opened at 4:30PM
    • Like I said, this timeline is adjusted to Crystalknoct's timezone. Just seems like a long time for him to notice 1.8b missing, especially during daytime hours.

    This seems like you really dont want to pay out after your worker seems to have wronged me. I am currently am out of work thanks to covid 19 thank you very much. Theres a reason my schedules so fucked. I was asleep around the time when he finished the service only to come back later to find that my 2 most valuable items are looted from my bank account. If you dont mind Lord Ainz can we keep this between the mods/admins and myself and Baod now? I am sick of defending myself every time I need to post when I am the one who was wronged here not you. Also reposting things that are already posted is getting old. Unless theres new evidence id prefer if this was left to the staff at sythe.

    Considering I'm the admin of Baod's Server, I figured I had the right to post, especially since I was the one that started helping with the situation in the first place. Furthermore, you're right, I feel like something is off here. However, Baod feels the same way. Dealing with Baod won't change the position. I have Baod's permission to post here as well. If the Sythe Admins would prefer just Baod to post, I'll stop. But until then, I'll continue to provide evidence and facts as I deem fit.

    Also, you seem upset that I've shown all the flaws in your report and that's the reason you're requesting to only deal with Baod. Like I've pointed out in all my posts, you're evidence is lacking a lot of critical elements. If this was a for sure scam, I would have paid it out by now. We have had workers scam in the past and we've dealt quickly with those situations. The evidence just isn't there for me to throw 1.8b down for you. I'm sorry if your feelings are hurt, but the evidence is just lacking.

    I respect that its just you seem to have a law background and a normal person like me has zero chance to play battle of the words with you. Theres is clearly foul play here and it was not of my accord. I messed up a few times I admit 100% I am human after all and make mistakes just like you. But I will say this I did not and have not muled these items to an account in an attempt to scam you guys out of 1.8b
    I have however complied in every way getting substantial evidence against Mamba even willing to let you on all my accounts to prove otherwise. I could even stream proof of all my runescape logins I save to a password manager. I just want justice when theres other people clearly who were wronged or at least feel that Mamba also scammed them they are immediately being dismissed. No I did not ask anyone to post on my behalf they chose to of their own accords.
    I am extremely upset I worked my fucking ass off for my 1.8b that is now in the hands of a liar/ and a thief I am sick of being played out to be a fool. I proved I am not lying by complying with every piece of evidence you guys asked for and will add more if more is requested if its even possible. Even willing to post all my dms with Baod and yourself idgaf. I HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE.... Why would I lie for something I worked for over a year to earn. Think about it long and hard I am just wanting back what is rightfully mine. Your service is the only one to have had any access then just so happens my stuff goes missing when I am asleep. Seems fishy to me. I have always been a more trusting person and this time I trusted your worker to honour our agreement which its clear he did not.

    I don't have anything to hide either.

    My background in law plays no part in this matter. This is being decided by Sythe Mods, not a judge in a court. Just because I can type things out competently doesn't mean I shouldn't be responding here. I'm posting here because I help run the server, I'm not just a random third-party, like most of the people that spammed this thread.

    It also seemed rather fishy that from the very start, you brought Kyle into the discord and we were given two options.
    1) Either pay instantly; or
    2) We'll be spammed in multiple discords and labeled as scammers.

    Pretty much tried to blackmail Baod's to immediately pay without trying to actually resolve the situation.

    Since we did not want to pay instantly without checking the situation, we were spammed in several discords as scammers. Basically had our discord raided by different OPRS discord members and had to shut down the general chat.

    I didnt bring kyle into the discord I asked our staff chat if anyones heard of scams then said I was scammed. Kyle joined and did what he did on his own. I didnt ask him to do any of this he was just as angry as I was clearly. The staff at Openosrs are basically all friends we stand by each other but that doesnt mean blackmailing is okay. I apologize on his behalf it was unprofessional however he recommended your services to me. When he heard I got scammed he obviously wasnt supposed to be happy about it. I mean would you be happy if a member of your team got screwed over 1.8b I imagine not. He was just looking out for a friend I agree it could have been handled better by both parties. Your services were recommended by everyone at OPRS so of course I figured I could trust you.

    As great business men of our history past have said. "The customer is always right" such as many successful business men for example Harry Gordon Selfridge, John Wanamaker and Marshall Field. To name a few.

    Ahh yes, because your friend was upset, it's okay that he essentially blackmailed us and had people raid our discord. (sarcasm btw)

    Also, no, the customer is not always right. Especially when they don't abide by requirements or the ToS of the service. That's not an excuse for all the mistakes and inconsistencies here. When bringing any type of claim, the parties have to actually show evidence of everything. The "customer" isn't automatically believed to be right and truthful. That's an absurd belief for actual problems.

    Also, as stated in our discord conversation, showing all your accounts doesn't matter. You might not disclose one of your accounts or you could have a friend holding it.

End of the day we both have responsibilities I feel any responses by either party now is just redundant and pointless as it is getting no where just he said she said.     I have discussed this at length with other staff members.

    We generally do not hold people liable for items removed from accounts as there is no real way to confirm who removed them.
    @Baod's team provided @crystalknoct with sufficient warning to remove his wealth from the account, so he will not be held liable here.

    The chat logs show that @Black Mamba OSRS was asking for the customer to regularly switch out items on the account, which suggests that they did not have the current pin as well.
    Multiple users have raised issues with the above worker, if you have your own evidence of misconduct you should make a report.

    @crystalknoct this is an excessive amount of wealth to leave on an account, even with a bank pin. You should have removed this excess wealth from the account prior to the service as you were instructed to do by @Baod's team.
