I was going to say what Morphis said. Many people are too lazy to create a whole topic for when they are banned.
On top of that, you can not edit posts in locked topics, so you could not retract your vouches if you were scammed - Like I do where possible.

 

Maybe if you are a member+ to do this but yeah good idea

 

Should beta it because we woudlnt want too many being locked it could cause probems
