reporting 2 scammers

ok i have 2 people i need to report the first one is mrpopito1 he told me you would pay me $35USD via paypal for my lvl 65 account with 2.78m on him i have never used paypal before so im a little inexpirienced he said he lived in austrailia so that it will take about 15-30 minutes to proccess well i waited all night what do you know never showed up. all the proof is in my PM'S

Secondly jakemate scammed me a lvl 18 with 850k told me he would give me his other account then gives me a different account with the wrong details so i never got a account from him and he has mine... evience is in PM's
