Banned Forever? (mistaken good reason)

I got Banned forever cause a user named Love reported me for phishing? I am not phishing lol that is a legit website made by blizzard and how is it phishing if your creating an account not using your Wow or runescape account to go there. I just made a thread in a appropriate section named spam section which i thought was okay so i posted my ad for the contest to win the graphics card because if people go to ur link you get entered more times to win the prize so i thought i should do it in the spam section. I did nothing wrong even go to the website they dont ask for any pass or username from Wow or runescape.

It looks legit to me. That looks just like the Launcher for WoW, and when you look at the link on the Thread, look closely.

'winwithamd' and 'Plink='

AMD is Advanced Micro Devices, which I've come to know as people who make Motherboards and Processors, etc. As for the 'Plink=', I believe that is simply the Code for to go to a Download Link or simply a Referral Link.

Doesn't look to be any harm to me, but I am not one that is going to test it. Hm.
