Short and sweet.

My boy Donnie/Client was buying an ironman from me said that he was placing an order with another provider who told him a price for b gloves from scratch on his ironman. Donnie went and purchased the gold and when it came time to pay for the said service Virtgold declined the trade costing Donnie gold at a rate he only paid to get the order started. IMO he cost him $ which is a scam but since VirtGold didn't profit of it I suppose this is a violation.

Then VirtGolds discord told him they couldn't accept the order "because it was a trash deal" proceeding to tell him to train his own skills if he wanted the deal at that same rate or pay more.

VirtGold shouldn't of told him to go buy the amount of gold he did for the service he said he could accept and complete in 2 weeks.

Really bad way to start your return to Sythe... "return"




Proof my client purchased the gold at .8$ usd to complete trade which he wouldn't of purchased if VirtGold had confirmed with his employees prior.



Proof order was supposed to be executed by Virts staff.

Proof virt said he could book him before he went to sleep for this price.


Proof Virt knew he was buying the gold for the price he said.


Proof his staff stating they wont accept it now and he "agreed to TOS" by creating a ticket which isn't how TOS work.. You must have them agree manually by typing "I AGREE TO YOUR TOS"



More proof them accepting other orders without understanding how to quote or complete orders.




I don't want drama but if you're a provider you stand by your word after you tell someone to spend their hard earned money IRL.

I'll wait for a mod to reply.. You knew he was buying gold < which he normally wouldn't be buying so he could order from you... An order you said you could accept then turned him down.. He offered paypal you told him no PP and then proceeded to tell him a gold rate in which you'd accept the order.

This is bad trading practices and you cost him $.

You knew he was buying gold, you said you could do his order YOU ARE AT FAULT NOT YOUR CLIENT don't you dare try to blame him for your words... You led him on and once he fulfilled his side you weren't able to do your part as a provider.

You and your staff clearly have an attitude not yet ready to provide the quality of services that are needed.

You told him 255m for the service you said you could provide then you couldn't provide it because what YOU QUOTED HIM wasn't ABLE TO BE PROVIDED.

He only bought gold for YOUR SERVICES NOT FOR HIS OWN DESIRE... DON'T TRY TO BLAME HIM AND DON'T TRY TO SHIT HERE AND ACT LIKE YOU DIDN'T SAY YOU COULD GIVE IT TO HIM.

also for @mods, this yellowhat guy is not related at all for the trade, how come he opens a dispute? its not allowed as per sythe rules because he has nothing to do with it, therefore it's against the rules. and for his ticket

due to this fact we were unable to fullfill his order which is mentioned in our terms of service that we dont accept partial payments


After he has made the purchase of gold he is offering to make a partial payment for the original price of the negotiation, from xxx to 208M

i told him i dont take partial payments as it says in the screenshots.

also i wanna add, i apologize for my Head-Admin comments for saying "trash deal" this will be the last time. i was really asleep and uncontrol of it, i had spoken about it and he apologized because this isn't a way that i talk to my customers ever.




me and my head-admin miscommunicated on the full details as i was about to go sleep, like i literally told the guy to wait for my bglover to wake up and i will try and find him a worker to assign him his job, i wasn't even gonna let him, and i have proof of screenshots of him saying he will wait if that's requested.

and to mention again that he didn't even buy the full amount of gold for the service which we had the right to refuse it as i even told him in the screenshot that i don't take partial payments but he still said he wanted to pay 208m instead of the full payment.

You should of told him here "DO NOT BUY THE GOLD I CAN'T DO WHAT I TOLD YOU I COULD" also I'm allowed to open a dispute on request of a user, which he did request and there's more than enough evidence here of your bad trading practices.

You told him NO because MY WORKERS NOT WANTING TO EVEN TAKE IT BECAUSE TOO MUCH WORK.

Everyone is within their right to not proceed with a trade/deal with certain users, but this scenario is a bit different as @VirtGold you told your customer you could take his payment for the order before you slept and he replied saying he'd get the GP now, which you acknowledged and were okay with. After he said he got it you told him you couldn't do it, which puts him a poor predicament. I believe a TWC is too severe of a punishment as I know you meant no harm in the situation, but I'll leave you with a warning to make sure a situation like this doesn't happen again as future cases may result in further punishment.
