How do I delete IE7?

Ok so I got a new PC for my Christmas and Im on Windows XP, I downloaded IE7 but it sucks. When I try to delete it from Add or rmove programs in Control Panel it doesnt say remove. I had the show updates bow checked too. Can someone tell me how to delete it?

 

There's no way to delete IE unless you edit registry values, but it's smart to keep it.

 

you should keep it, just use firefox.

 

IE7 is good to have. Firefox won't work with every web page and IE7 has some features Firefox doesn't.

Although if you must IE can be deleted by going to:
Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | Add/Remove Windows Components | Uncheck Internet Explorer and click next.

Go under your program files via My Computer and just delete it from there. Cheers.
