Account authenticator issue

I emailed support but no reply after a week. I accidentally deleted my Sythe from authenticator and cannot login now. Says to enter my auth but I don't have it. I also tried logging in with google since its the same email but still wants the auth code. Please help thank you

 

Just read how to remove here is all the info needed:

• Current registered email address. [redacted]

• If you have donated directly through PayPal: None

 

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
