Making money from flax [Nearest bank you can be]

Requirements:

Mourning's End Part I Quest - This the main requirement of this method. But mourning's end part I has 3 quest requirements. You have to finish the quest first.

How to get there:

The fastest way is to use Teleport Crystal. Obtainable if you start Mourning's end part I.
Side note: Charging Teleport Crystal, you will have to speak to Eluned and she will charge it for you for around 750gp.




Getting there by foot, is shown in the map.
Just bring anti poison and 3 foods.
Side note: You can get poisoned while passing trap wires

From East Ardougne, walk over to the door of Arandar then make your way to Lletya




Now picking up the flax



Flax are like 95gp each mid price in grand exchange.
This can be a good money since the bank is soooooooooo near.
I saw this myself when I was questing.

Yeah, this is for people who doesn't want to buy flax/bowstrings and just pick it up by themselves (lots of flax not just one).

 

I knew about this spot awhile ago but as Djoscard said, if you can enter it you can get other ways to make money. Still, it does make quite a solid profit so 9/10

Not really. Because before you can even finish Mourning's end part I, there are some quest requirements for it. Only few people have patience to do quest, specially long quests.

BUT,
I don't think this is as close as you can get.
Look on Lunar Isle, right outside the gates and ~15 steps north is a big patch of Flax.

Yes, right outside the gates. But how far is the bank from the gate? Go recheck it. Also, you mentioned it, you have to walk 15 steps north from the gate.
In where as in Lletya, it's already about 15 steps from the bank.

Just thought I'd ask you to recheck.
