I know its western union and i know its a bank and somewhat like paypal but i'm not entirely sure. Can someone elaborate for me and what i would need to sign up

 

well see your money is doubly compounded based on your credit report and the varying interest levels are obtained after an agent views the report. when you withdraw, your gained interest is then added to your total which is then compounded in an entire new account.
