Obby Tank Help?!

Hey guys, Im making an obby tank and after I saw this vid I want to get the exact same stats cause basically it looks amazing...

So my goals are:

5 attack
99 strength
70 defense
89 hp
43 prayer
69 range
69 mage

But the problem is I dont know how to level the def with the acc now.

Right now I have
5 attack, 40 strength, 1 defense, and 30 hp. How should I level the def with it. I was thinking str should be 30 levels higher than def every time so for example 40 str, 10 def, 50 str, 20 def? But Im not sure so can anyone give me some tips? Thanks.

 

ok i would get enough quest points and do dragon slayer already
then go ahead and get 60 str for maul then get 50 def then after that 80 str then 70 def then 99 str.
