Hey guys, not many times one of these comes around sythe, but I have recently accumulated one There are less then 500 expected to be known of, and below I will explain how they were made:

Back when RSC had first started, everyone started off with 1,000 EXP in Hit Points. People that didn't decide to raise their hp were the lucky ones. When RS2 was released, JaGeX decided to raise the bar to 1,300 EXP to be level 10. Thus, every account who had not raised their hp were now at 9!

Hope this isn't considered spam, but it wasn't even when rs2 was released that it was raised to 10hp. Not sure the exact date but it was sometime during rsc, I have a few old skillers from rsc that have 10hp along with 0range/magic/str/att/def from not doing tutorial.
