Requirements
1. You must have ALL the materials needed to complete quest. A list of recommended items for each quest is listed on RuneHQ. Check there.
2. You must have ALL level/pre-quest requirements for the quest. please dont post asking for me to lvl your herblore up so you can do a quest. i simply wont do it.
3. Requests=Rational. Please. dont come to me with a lvl 20 asking me to do desert treasure.
