(Customer must agree to these ToS in writing before service begins)

Spoiler: Terms Of Service

1. Payment & Account Access

• Payment must be made before the service begins.
• You must change your password before we start the service.
• You must provide all necessary login details (username + password + bank pin if needed).

2. Account Rules During Service

• You must NOT log in during the service.
• You must not change your password or account details while we work.
• Logging in or modifying account information during the service will void the service with no refund.

3. Responsibility & Safety

• All services are 100% hand-done (no bots or macros).
• We are not responsible for bans, mutes, locks, or rollbacks.
• We are NOT liable for HCIM deaths.
• Do not leave valuables or unnecessary items on the account — we are not responsible for losses.

4. Completion & Aftercare

• Once the service is completed, you must change your password immediately.
• After you confirm completion, we are no longer responsible for anything that happens to the account.

5. Service Execution

• Your order may be completed by me or another trusted operator from my team.
• If a worker cannot complete the order, I may outsource it — but I remain responsible for the work.

6. Refunds & Payments

• If a refund is approved, it will be issued in BTC or PayPal, regardless of payment method.
• 07 GP payments may be sold immediately, so refunds cannot be made in GP.

7. Queue & Timeframes

• Queue times are estimated in working days (Mon–Fri).
• Weekend work may happen but is not guaranteed.
• Daily XP training time is 6–8 hours, with ~80–90% XP efficiency.
• Deadlines/timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

8. Agreement

• You must explicitly agree to these ToS (via Sythe PM or Discord message inside our server) before we start.
• Breaking any ToS may result in the service ending with no reimbursement.
