Well today when I went to runescape.com I found that the homepage said Runescape Classic - Open for Non Members and then I noticed that 14 players where playing and an out dated banner. I knew right away it was a phishing site but the address said www.runescape.com, I tried googleing runescape but the same thing happened and when I try to go to the ge from the website it would tell me to enter user name and pass lol.

    Any help please?

run a virus scan, it can be a backdoor.rsbot (it some program that downloads stuff to your comp and changes setting's). Gl, hope your comp don't die.

Yeah I agree with terrif. Wierd... I was on an av site once and it said a site is probably legit if it has http:// at the beginning of the url, if it was someone's Ip, you're pretty much screwed. Good look :)

Okay no matter what you do, do not enter your password or username...
    It's clearly a phisher site :p
Reason #1 - Runescape is open in 3 different languages now :)
Reason #2 - My RsBot would have been outdated if a new update was made :D LOL
Reason #3 - When I went to the Runescape Home Page there was no update and instead of 2 languages in the corner there were 3 :)

That page is used in about 80% of all Trojans, so you probably got a Trojan that fucked around with IE's Settings. Download a different browser like Opera (google it) and then see if it happens again.

Something might be wrong with your computer or somebody sent you a link of a phisher site with some kind of back door to it that leads you to a different site but with the same URL as Runescape...
Try clicking some other buttons on the site to check if it's a phisher site...
I already gave my reasons and told you that it is a phisher site but no matter what you do, do not enter your account information.

Edit : What ever I wrote here might just be wrong and looking at vlad's post, RUN A VIRUS SCAN!

From what i can tell this is a redirection file, and you most likely downloaded a runescape app that was Execution file type. I would recommend running a HiJackthis and going from there.
