Quarantine and Chill - TV Reviews

Schools are closing down, work places are sending people home, big gatherings are being postponed.

Figured with the increase of people being locked down/ quarantined in their homes it would increase the amount of tv us sythinians will be watching.

Maybe there is something you have watched and want to express your thoughts on it or maybe their is something you havnt seen and have been looking for the tv show that will get you through these rough and or fun times of being locked up. This is the place where tv critics shall go.

I will do my best to keep this updated as people post!

Brooklyn Nine-Nine - (5 Stars) 1 Rating



Viral_ (5 Stars) - Brooklyn Nine-Nine has to be one of my favorite tv series. With over 7 seasons it will have you laughing hysterically. Andy Samberg being the star of the show is one of my favorite actors. The show takes place of him being a detective for the NYPD. Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg) has a competitive/love approach with one of the other actors during the show that gives it a good twist.

The Outsider - (4.5 Stars) 1 Rating



Viral_ (4.5 Stars)- The Outsider was really good! In the beginning it had me a little stumped on what was going on but as the tv show went on it had great suspense. This is a must watch. It only had one season but it was a season worth watching! Looks like there will be another season as well. I am going to give it 4 stars because there is only 1 season.

The Big Bang Theory - (5 Stars) 1 Rating



Viral_ (5 Stars) - With over 12 seasons this show had me laughing a lot. Jim Parsons/ Sheldon Coopers awkward personality and humor kept the show interesting. A bit nerdy but who here doesn't have a tad bit of that in them.

The 100 (5 Stars) 2 Rating



Viral_ (5 Stars) - My typical interest in a show is space and aliens so this show was one of my all time favorites. Earth was destroyed by nuclear war and resulted in civilization moving to space. After so many years we wanted to go back down to earth so they send our criminal youth down to test the new earth out and then some crazy shit goes down. Great show and there is 6 seasons!

@BlackBlasses - It was quite good. The first 2 episodes of season 1 and season 5 were my favorite.

Lost in Space (4.5 Stars) 1 Rating



Viral_ (4.5 Stars) - A kid name Will Robinson finds a robot on a planet that him and his family crash on and then the robot starts to follow ever command will tells the robot making all the adults and everyone around him feel inferior to him. Its a great watch I just wish there was more. 2 Seasons!

Young Sheldon - (4.5 Stars) 1 Rating



Viral_ (4.5 Stars) - If you watched The Big Bang Theory then Young Sheldon is a must watch. You get to see how Sheldon Cooper grew up and how he came to be the person he is. I really enjoyed watching the series. It is currently ongoing and has 3 seasons.

Project Blue Book (4 Stars) 1 Rating



Viral_ (4 Stars) - Two agents that are employed by the air force embark on disproving the belief that aliens are real. During the show they encounter multiple cases that make them believe they are real but continue to hold out the truth to the public so that suspicion doesn't arise. Usually I would totally be into shows like this but for some reason the show wasn't what I anticipated. I continue to watch every new episode that comes out but it isn't what it all cracks up to be.

The Orville (5 Stars) 1 Rating



Viral_ (5 Stars) - Seth MacFarlane the main actor in this series embarks on a exploratory mission with his crew and during his exploration he encounters multiple scenarios that make the show interesting. Great character building! You will find yourself looking forward to the next episode. The setting of the show is 400 years into the future. It is hilarious and it has 3 seasons. This is a must watch!

The Curse Of Oak Island (5 Stars) 1 Rating



Viral_ (5 Stars) - Two brothers have a dream of discovering the mysteries of Oak Island. I am sure some of you have heard of Oak Island and if you have not then you should do a little bit of research before watching it, but to summarize everything. Basically it is believed that the island is hiding one of the greatest treasures of all time, but no one has been able to find it. 6 People have already died trying to find the treasure. There has been traps and stuff from the 1700s that leads everyone to believe that the ark of the covenant could be down there. Anyways I love this show. I have been watching it from the beginning and I am now current with the show. They have yet to find it but seeing the latest episode they are getting close!!!!!

Lucifer (5 Stars) 2 Rating



Viral_ (5 Stars) - Lucifer Morningstar (Tom Ellis) is the devil living out his mortal life on earth because he was tired of hell. During his time on earth he build a bond with a woman detective that causes some repercussions later. I dont wanna spoil it! Lucifer has a way with people to make them tell him their deepest desires so it makes the show super interesting when he engages with people. You will find yourself laughing at the random humor in the show. Overall it is a great show. There is 5 seasons and it looks like there will be a 6th season.

Vikings (5 Stars) 1 Rating



Viral_ (5 Stars) - I cant believe I forgot about the Vikings. This show is my all time favorite. In the beginning it starts out as a outsider viking farmer that has ambition to do more in his life. He seeks out a different life even though it could be his head for it. He becomes a big name in the Viking kingdom. There is a lot too the story. I dont wanna give too many details With 6 seasons this show will having you wanting more when you get done with the last one. I cant wait for the next one.

Dark (5 Stars) 2 Rating



Viral_ (5 Stars) - The show is very slow at first, but as you get through the first couple episodes you start to put the pieces together. It all starts in a era where 2 children go missing and everyone gets frantic trying to solve the mystery. How can 2 children just completely vanish with out any trace of their body or anything. It is very interesting how it all ends up. Watch it and you will see. This is also a great watch. 3 Seasons

I will probably give brooklyn nine-nine a shot! Been watching some scenes here and there, and it seems nice.

 

Lucifer was a good one as well. I watched all 4 seasons.

Looks like we will get a season 5 and possibly a season 6!!. I will add it to the quarantine and chill

If you enjoy goofy humor it is a must watch. Its a great show to watch to pass the time in the awful time. I wanna say things are getting better but its gonna get worse before it gets better.

Also recommending the good old sitcom - Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, starring young Will Smith, good to watch when you just want to lay back and chill, also has many episodes which is great.

Oh I forgot about Dark and I have yet to watch Fresh Prince of Bel-Air but have heard good things. Will Smith in anything is good. Thank you so much for your input
