Urgent Help Needed

well i have a combat lvl 90 with about 5m. i want to transfer my 5m to my combat lvl 102. can anyone give me suggestions on how to do it? BH method didnt seem to work because of the slight difference. (both of my accnts have membership)

 

if you got the time, (looking at the combat level seems like he has at least 55 fletching?) what i would do is fletch on the lvl 102, like a ton of maple/willow longbows and then in a trade session transfer the money, although it may take a long time with 5m it will be safe and it doesnt look like you are transfering, this method is called junking.
