I would like to order a HCIM from scratch to 200m firemaking with Wintertodt. I will supply an account fresh from tutorial island.

ToS
1) Must achieve 200m firemaking xp from scratch
2) Must maintain the HCIM status or else no pay
3) No black marks/bans/mutes etc... on the account or else no pay
4) Bank value should be around ~180m near the end or else no pay
5) Every day over the agreed time frame = -$5, if not at least 180m xp by the end of time frame then no pay
6) Only paid 3 days after completion to ensure no botting, if banned in these days then no pay
7) I will provide only enough bonds for the agreed time frame and 1 bond at a time. if account is banned/killed then this must be refunded.​

 

I can handle this, scratch hcim to 200m fm xp + cakes for 2B.
Since you have very strict terms I'll write my terms and contact me if you agree on it
the account will be ready in 3.5-4.5 months
A middle man will hold the money
incase the middle man is banned for RWT [New Sythe rule] you'll be responsible
if the HCIM died during the service I'll not refund bonds used, you'll keep the account or sell it to cover bonds cost
