Runescape is losing interest..[HELP]

Ive played RS for like 2 years now. and i havent been as successful as ive wanted to.. i dont stick to accounts, there always low lvled, and atm ive actually done okay, making me about 4-5m (terrible i know) by hunting, im getting bored easily, even when listening to music, ive tried so many different things, like setting goals, thinking of making an account pure and it just doesnt work.

I like Runescape because its a one of a kind game for things to do and people to chat to. atm, i only go on to talk to people. i Want to get Better, but im just finding it hard..

Anyone have any suggestions ? :/

have you tried making a pure and pking? when im bored i pk it passes time pretty fast.

 

I tried twins once with a friend, that ended about when we got 30 attack and strength with one defence. as he had family problems, i tried a defence pure, i failed at 37 defence.

I just give up to easily. maybe if i pushed it i could do better.

I just need a kickstart and a lil advice.

 

If your bored just stop playing, trust me after a few weeks or a month you will come back with strong determination and make up for the time missed very quickly.

yeah just do something else for abit, then play again and it will be fine.

or just pk for it, then get back into things.

:/ The thing is is that i enjoy Runescape.. its just sticking to it.

 

Set smaller goals. Like one level at a time that works for me and I have a nice lvl 3 skiler with 90 fletch, 85 wc, 70 cook/fish/firemaking, 65 mining, and other skills. As well as setting goals of money 1m at a time I've made 27M.

I set goals about 1 level at a time, because it's easier to achieve. Then I move onto another skiller, or maybe a couple more levels.

I find I do even better without any goals at all. When I just do whatever I feel like I get more accomplished. When I set goals they're either too large and I get burnt out on it, or they're too small and I find myself looking for something new. I do the best when I just play.

Sounds to me like you need to take a break. Just don't play for a week or two

 

Lol it happens to me a lot of times. I just seem to don't know what to do, getting some lvls up seems pointless etc. I get bored quickly too, even tho I've got Mills and good stats etc.

I jsut find something new to do or if a new update comes out it cheers me up and I do something related to that new thing. Otherwise I just stick to a skill and train it to 99, having breaks, going pk or something else etc.

Same thing is happening to me atm, I really wonder how people can get all 99s in this game and still play, like zezima, yogosun, geertjars, etc.

 

Get 99 Str/Attack or make a pure. PKing is the only fun thing in the game.

For pure, 70 range 50 attack 70 strength is good for a non-dedicated account.

if you can buy a good pure or a starter pure which can take less work to level on for 15 GBP ($22 American Dollars) sure

 

Uhm, bot. I find that solution highly amusing for me since I hate Jagex. However, if you like them for some odd reason you can still bot at a moderate tempo and it'll get the grinding/boring parts out of the way for you. That way all the fun aspects of Runescape are left for you to enjoy, questing, minigames, etc.

 

USE BOTS!!!

Play minigames, they're lots fun. Specially this new one stealing creations

 

You could try making a completely new account and make a thread in the pictures section. Then you might be more motivated to show everyone your progress.
