I may have said this already, but... I don't agree on how you because a moderator, but you're doing a decent job, so far.

 

Should be demodded so that he can get a life. You guys on staff who got him promoted should feel terrible since you're the main reason his state is as sad as it is. You heard him "10 hours+ a day for 3 months since I came back". That's not healthy and he's wasting away his better years doing a volunteer job that doesn't require nearly that much participation.

He obviously isn't intelligent enough to manage how much time he spends on here so maybe he just be permanently banned and that would be the best for him.

Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head

Basically means that I have dead tissue in my leg, which was caused by my blood supply being cut off somehow to my femur. As a result, the head of my femur began to collapse, and had done so by about 20%. I had a leg brace put on me for 3 months time, and had been attending Physical Therapy for the last 6 months. I just had my last appointment with my Surgeon on [12-18-2008], in which he said that my hip doesn't appear to be getting where he wants it to, and I'll be suffering some severe hip and back pain in the upcoming year. If this pain does arise, then I'm going to have to have reconstructive hip surgery.

Don't know what this is supposed to mean, but all sectional Moderators are on the same level, all are equally important, all have equal power.
