    Poverty; is it cureable?

Depends. Is greed? If you had the chance to be the president of a 3rd world country in Africa, would you put all the money sent by foreign aide and all the hush money sent by different child labor companies to good use to benefit your nation, or would you keep it? If you kept it, nothing would happen to you, and once your 4-8 year ruling is done you go live in a beach house for the rest of your life.

If greed still exists, of course it's not curable.

    Poverty; is it cureable?

Going alittle off topic here but; All that does is make global warming a factor in later time, if your solution is to build factorys.

Ontopic; We give money to these charitys and yet we never see the good side of giving it, We get guilted into giving more which is wrong! If we really want to change things we should go over there with books, wood nails and hammers.

    Poverty; is it cureable?

As far as I am concerned poverty isnt going to be cured or resolved any time in the near future. If you improve one area then another area will just plunge into poverty.Countries in the middle east are continously war-torn and it it impossible to resolve issues like that with various conflicts going on constantly.Im not at all saying that the middle east is rubbish but it is a very unstable area and for that reason it just isnt possible.Another reason it the fact that there are so many greedy people.Just look at the credit crunch.A lot of that was caused by greedy bankers and rich investers who dont give a stuff how much trouble they cause because they will stay at the top with no worries what even happens.Poverty isnt really cureable or preventable while people still carry on the way they do.
