His sexuality doesn't, and shouldn't affect if he is a mod or not.

However, A good mod needs to be firm but fair, He also needs to be 'generally' liked by the majority of people.

Most people seem to dislike him, and therefore thats going to fuck up everything about him being a mod.. So until he gets some respect i think theres no place for him.
