toruble with rapidshare...

im having trouble with rapidshare. im not a premuim user. it says my ip is already downloading a file and to wait... and so i waited overnight and it still wont let me download a file idk why... ive got no file download thing up so... any help?

UPDATE: Tried restarting my computer - didnt work

 

eh try unplugging all the things that control ur internet, net splits/routers/internet box thingies/wires in bak of compl, then plug back in 5 minutes after u do all this, then restart comp, it shuld b fixed by then perhaps gl
