Why do we get presents on Christmas anyway? Because it's someone Else's birthday? We're celebrating the Birthday of the most important person in the world (Jesus). My family is atheist and we celebrate Christmas too. It's just an excuse to eat lots of food and buy Christmas presents . The present giving didn't really start until the late 19th century, and presents back then weren't as grand as they are now, so there was more love involved in the presents instead of materialism like there is now. You don't have to separate yourself from the rest of the world if you're atheist, fuck that shit I have no problem with getting presents lol.
