Swapping obby mauler for basic str pure!!!

I'm swapping my obby mauler for a str pure with lost city and mm done.

what im looking for:
60 attk
65+ str
1-31 pray
dont care about range or mage but would be nice

obby mauler stats:
60 str
50 hp
0 xp in attk and def

 

str on the obby mauler?

only 60 but has about 700k on it

Ps. What makes obby maulers so expensive? 1,60,1 isn't that hard to get.
