    Cant register, IP already used
    Trying to register and wont let me, says IP already in use by "alexandre". I'm on a cell phone using a canadian service provider and dont know if the IP is shared or not but here's the account I would like to create as per your post guidelines

    No Skype account but should have no issues emailing me
